Enovert has submitted a planning application to Essex County Council to seek additional time in which to complete the landfill and restoration operations at the Bellhouse Quarry landfill site in Stanway, Colchester.
The application also seeks consent for localised variations to the approved landform to facilitate appropriate drainage gradients in connection with an adjacent site, to reduce the approved landfill void, and to revise the approved restoration scheme to include further ecological enhancement measures.
