
Enovert has confirmed its acquisition of PMG Group SW Ltd, the specialist vehicle services operator and waste recycling provider based in Severn Beach, Bristol.
The addition of PMG to the Enovert Group sees the continued expansion of Enovert’s specialist waste treatment and disposal services and follows other acquisitions made by Enovert which have included ABC Power Solutions, the UK’s leading gas engine specialists and, Highfield Environmental Limited the North East based landfill and waste treatment operator.
Established in the 1990s by Pat and Bernie McGuinness, PMG operates from its recently constructed premises at Church Lane, Severn Beach. The Church Lane site is home to PMG’s state-of-the-art bespoke recycling facility, incorporating specialist separation and dewatering technology. Constructed in 2025 the permitted treatment facility is designed to treat road sweepings, gully and liquid wastes to produce recycled aggregates supporting the UK circular economy.
PMG also operates one of the most advanced and extensive fleets of road sweepers in the street and industrial cleansing sector and provides services across the South West to the construction and quarrying sectors, local authorities as well as domestic and commercial industrial customers.
