Enovert in the Community Enovert supports local communities through the Government's Landfill Communities Fund (LCF) by distributing money to community improvement schemes through the Enovert Community Trust (formerly Cory Environmental Trust in Britain); and the Ibstock Enovert Trust (formerly the Ibstock Cory Environmental Trust); and the Gloucestershire Environmental Trust.

The Landfill Communities Fund is a tax credit scheme enabling operators of landfill sites in England, Northern Ireland and Wales to contribute money to organisations enrolled with ENTRUST as Environmental Bodies.

The LCF allows Landfill Operators like Enovert to contribute a portion of the landfill tax collected at their facilities to community and environmental organisations to fund benefits to the locality surrounding a landfill site.

Since the Trusts were created, more than £63 million has been distributed in grants to community and environmental projects in the areas surrounding our operations, including Colchester, Dudley, Gwynedd, Wrexham, Bristol, Gloucestershire, Sevenoaks, St Helens, Southend-on-Sea and Swansea.
